Training partner for California Fitness (Bugis)? (California Fitness (Bugis))

I'm looking for a consistent partner to train with me at California Fitness (Bugis). Anyone game?

I'm male, 26, an ectomorph, and pretty dedicated. I've got a few years of off-and-on experience with both cardio and resistance training. The off periods are generally because of my schedule--it can be stressful. Unfortunately, all that cortisol kills my gains, but such is life. Got to try anyway.

I'd much rather weight train with a partner--my thinking is if you're not going hard enough to need a spotter, your training is not as efficient as it could be. And having a person to meet up with regularly makes it so much easier to keep at it. Ideally you're an ectomorph/hard gainer also, as we need to train differently than most people to see results.

I can train evenings and weekends. I'd prefer to set regular days/times, though. Contact me if you're interested! Email is on my site: jnorris.org.

Cheers,

Hi, I'm a 40 yo guy who will be visiting from 13 Nov 09 to 25 Dec 09 and would love to play some friendly tennis games in the east. Intermediate level (NTRP level around 3.0-3.5), play with a lot of spins. Quite a flexible schedule, prefer playing 3 to 5 sets, depending on intensity of game. Location negotiable as long as it's accessible by public transport.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Anybody interested in learning Indian mantra meditation from a part-time teacher visiting from California?

In the midst of all this materialism, there must be a few who would see more to life :)

I visit Singapore often and teaching meditation and a simple spiritual way of life is my passion.

Contact me if you have serious interest. I don't charge money but you should be genuine.

I grew up in India, learned from great hidden masters in India in my teens. Now, I live in California and teach the same there part-time.
I earn my living through a job in California as a professional in the tech industry.
