Join us every Friday, for the Running Club!

1) Fuel your body, with a low calorie, acai berry, pre-run hydration.

2) 8pm: Warm-up exercises with the group.

3) Run along a scenic route.

4) Pit-stop with a view.

5) Strengthening exercises at pit-stop targeted to improve your run.

6) Run back to studio.

7) 9pm: / 9:15pm: Cool down at the studio.

8) Post-run recovery shake!
