Combined cost is $86.02 (including GST) per month with the following:

- Basic 3 of 7 groups (Entertainment / News / Style) Upsize
- HBO
- HubStation rental
- MaxOnline Premium Access

Handover can be as early as next week (10 November) or as late as 30 November. No cost, but you must accept legal transfer of remaining contract.
