Bus stop at 100 meters, MRT entrance in front of the door. Shops, restaurants, foodcourt, Starbucks are all around.
I use the master bed room. The second room with own bathroom is for rent for short term or long term. The flat is completely furnished with new modern furniture, dining table, sofa, beds, washing machine/dryer, all electronic appliances, Flatscreen TV, Broadband Internet, Starhub and is cleaned once a week by a maid. The room is available from mid November onwards. Single professional man preferred. Price for the room is all in 2500$SGD per month for a minimal contract of 6 months. Short term also possible.
