One of our roommates is moving out at the end of the month and looking for a new roommate to share to take her place in the 3 bedroom 2 bath flat.
Move in would be from now till NOV 8th as the room is currently emmpty. The Condo is well kept with a maid coming every Thursday for weekly cleaning. walking distance to the local Starbucks and cold storage is 5 minutes. Condo Has swimming pool, gym and tennis court,

We are both working professionals and run a pretty long schedule and do work a few nights a week quite late. I am from the United States and Greg is from France. We have lived in Singapore for 2 ½ years and travel frequently around SEA. Both us are outgoing and active in Singapore,
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a working professional who needs to be clean and non smoker is preferred but not necessary. Must be able to get along well and cause no drama and is always up for a laugh and a few drinks either mid week or on the weekends. Please no couplese we are looking for just ONE perosn.
