I'm a tidy and quiet English chap looking for a like-minded lady to share a flat with.

I am hoping to spend not much over S$1,000 per month on rent, and less if possible, so that would involve sharing a nicely fitted out HDB flat or one of the cheaper / older condos.
I have been living in Singapore for nearly ten years now, and I don't like what the current HDB resale housing bubble is doing for rental rates, so I'm being stubborn until I find the right place! I am currently staying in short term accommodation, to give myself the time to do this.

P.S. the pics are the male (blue throat) and female olive-backed songbird, which were my "pets" nesting on my window box in a flat bordering Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Only just over a year ago I was paying S$1,400 per month for this two-bedroomed flat, which is now going for about S$2,500! ;o(
