Hi, I am looking for a lady housemate to share a walk up apt near Novena/ Little India MRT (1-2 stops away from the apt). Bus stop is 2 minutes walk away, with bus acces no the buses goes to suntec, city hall and shenton way. about 8 minutes walk is united square and novena where you could get groceries, food courts and california gym. The apt is on the second floor, currently occupied by me an indo-chinese couple and a s'poren girl, we are all working professionals. Apt is clean and fully furnished. the room for rent is a common room (shared bathroom) furnished with queen sized bed, side table, bookshelf and wardrobe. Rent is $850 inclusive of internet, utility will be shared among the 3 rooms every month.
