I love my room but I have to urgently leave by Dec.1 because I am finishing my MBA course this November. The lease will expire on June30 2010, but you may opt to rent only until April 30 2010, whichever is more convenient for you.

Kentview Park sits atop a hill and the view is magnificent from the living room, as well as from my room. We have 3 bedrooms here, 1 masters and 2 single rooms sharing a common bath. Kentview has a pool, squash court, table-tennis, and a gym.

I rent one of the single rooms. So you'll be sharing the bathroom with my other housemate. And my room is fully furnished already. But you can opt to change the bed (the landlord has given a $150 budget). If you want to share the room with someone else, it's okay, but the room is actually comfortably good for one person only.

My housemates are all female working professionals and pretty much keep to themselves and we respect each others' privacy. We cook sometimes. Feel free to use our kitchen ware and china.

Free internet. Average monthly contribution for utilities is $60-80 (assuming AC is only used at night). Nearest MRT is Harbourfront or Buona Vista (both around 10 mins away). Parks nearby: Kentridge Park and Westcoast Park.
