We are to friends (2 male - one Pilipino, and one from Scandinavia. Boath working as Managers) who is working in Singapore. We are looking after one or two room we can rent, in a nice area, near MRT. We are working in Singapore and can pay up to 1000-1500 SDO total (incl. aircon and electricity). The room most have a window and aircon. We are working all day, and are very quirt. It will be great if we can use the kitchen sometimes, but we mostly eat out. If there is a private bathroom and/or own door, it will be great. Do you have something like this feel free to respond?

Important is to note that we will look at the room with a professional friend who will tell what the normal price will be and who will look at the renting contract. We want it to follow the normal way of renting in Singapore.

If its a hole flat we can pay upto 2200 SDO total. (Please note - room singapore in subject).
