I'm living in this apartment with the swidish flatmate. surper cool location, the jogging track behind the apartment is my favorite. easy 30min walk in a jungle to demsey hill and botanic garden. 10min to orchard by bus; the room is clean and cosy~ we have almost everything that you need for cooking.

Apartment recently renovated with nice furnitures. Owner not living. Fun

working foreign roomates. 1 Male and 1 Female. Both Mid 20s and easy going

person. You would have relaxing time sharing at the end of day if u want.

High Floor with nice open view. High speed internet and MIO TV. Phone in house.

Nice common Room with a closet and queensize bed with

matress & matress pad. Really comfy bed. plenty of sunlight and wind. Bathroom is big with hot water. Big mirror and shelves. In the room also there

are no shortage of storing area. There is also a storage in the house for

keeping ur luggage or other items.

Walking 5 mins to queenstown mrt. Lots of buses, some direct to many parts of

city. Bus 111 to orchard takes 10 mins. Right opposite of Dawsons place

shopping center. No shortage of food or grocery. Walking or bus to Ikea.

This is a very nice cozy and homely place to stay. You will love it. To contact me, send me your details and number.

The apartment is not really big, so we prefer one person to take the room. give me a call when you feel free~ the price is not covered the bills. one flatmate is leaving singapore now, so we would like to find some one to take the room as soon as possible.
