I'm a single female owner. You will find that I am very easy to get along with. I'm in a profession where I can be very free or crazily busy at times. My home is tidy and clean. HOWEVER, this room is not for everyone. I'm a pet owner with sweet-nature and good temper miniature dogs at home. So, this is suitable ONLY for tenants who are dog lovers.
