I am looking for a person or persons who want to rent my one-bedroom condo for a month.
It will be available from Dec. 12th to Jan. 16th.

The name of the condominium is UE Square which you would know if you are currently living or have lived in Singapore.

1. It is a one bedroom condominium. It is about 800 to 850 square feet. There is one queen size bed in the bed room and there is a very nice sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is big enough for two people. There is one master bathroom and also there is a half bathroom next to the laundry area. It is located on a high floor above 10.

2. The location is what this condo is all about. It is located in the Clark Quay and Robertson Quay area. You can walk to the Quays, which will take about less than 5 minutes. These Quays are known to be the night life areas with fine dining and nice bars in Singapore. A lot of expats hang out in the area on a weekend night.

You can take a bus to the Dhoby Guat station where the Orchard road (the famous shopping street) starts, within 2 to 3 bus stops. If you walk to the Dhoby Guat station, it will take about 15 minutes or slightly more.

There is a shopping mall right across the condo building, in which you can find a large supermarket (Cold Storage) which carries items imported from the US, as wellas a wine shop, hair salon, nail shop, and several restaurants.

3. There is a 37 inch LCD TV in the living room, which I recently bought on my own. There is a washer and dryer that look very old, but they work and have not cause any problem yet. The kitchen is large but there is neither oven nor a dishwasher. There is a large dining table and 6 chairs in the dining area next to the living room.
Cable TV with 4 HBO channels and HD channels such as Discovery and History channels and high speed internet are available. (I am not subscribing any sports channel)

4. There is a nice lap pool and a gym in the common area of the condominum. ( I am not sure if the condo has BBQ facilites )

Asking price: I currently pay S3200 per month. I am only asking 70% of this monthly rental if one person stays, and it includes utilities.
For multiple people, we can negotiate the price.

shopping center. No shortage of food or grocery. Walking or bus to Ikea.
